PAYMENT: The reservation will only be considered valid upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the stay will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
